Bill Trochiano - President

President and founder of InnerChange Consultants, Bill Trochiano is an experienced senior executive with over thirty years of significant accomplishments within Bell Atlantic, NYNEX and New York Telephone corporations. Through his effective understanding and leadership of people and his experience in project management, software development, and team performance he was consistently able to meet or exceed all objectives for service and financial performance.

In 1992, Bill led a team of experts into the World Trade Center immediately after the bombing to protect the telephone network and provide lifeline service for the people trapped in the building during the evacuation.

As the leader of NYNEX's Network and Technical Operations organization, Bill formed a Core Training Team to improve Carrier and Transport operations. This program corrected operational problems caused by rapidly changing technology and insufficient hands-on technical training. He also implemented a team building training program "Teaming up for the Customer" for all employees in his department.

He successfully completed the Equal Access Program for New York City by converting 2 million dial-tone lines on schedule within a three year period.
